Kayaking, sailing and dolphin spotting are all possible in the bay whilst helicopter drop offs with private picnic lunches to inaccessible beaches can easily be arranged. Private paths lead to two beaches, including the famous 120 million-year-old Split Apple Rock, after which the retreat is named. Cycling and horseback tours are offered whilst exploring the regions vineyards is also a popular choice. The onsite restaurant specialises in serving gourmet food, with Chef Pen creating tasty and nutrition dishes.
