Mount Gower, the tallest mountain at 875 metres above sea-level, offers incredible vistas over the crescent shaped island below – a highlight for hiking enthusiasts. There are plenty of other day-hikes available to smaller hilltops as well as secluded beaches.
Before winging your way to the island, spend 2-nights at the Four Seasons Sydney.
